Ed Sheeran wins right to build a cart lodge at country home

Pop singer Ed Sheeran has won a planning appeal to allow him to create a parking structure at his home in the Suffolk countryside.

Proposals for a “cart lodge” for housing vehicles at his house near Framlingham, Suffolk were originally been rejected by Suffolk Coastal District Council in July on the grounds the building would be “an incongruous feature in the countryside”.
