Oxford contributes to pedestrianisation

Oxford City Council is to contribute £500,000 of Community Infrastructure Levy revenues to a £1.97m county council project to pedestrianise Queen Street, one of the city centre’s main shopping streets. No decision has yet been made about cycle access to the street.
