The City of London Corporation is exploring a package of demand management measures to cut vehicular traffic levels. 

A report to next week’s planning and transportation committee suggests tolls on the  Thames bridges entering the City; a higher congestion charge; changes to traffic signal settings; and freight consolidation centres to reduce goods traffic.
