Youngsters shun Welsh bus pass

Only 7% of 16-18 year olds in Wales have applied for a free bus pass which offers a third off the adult fare. Launching the mytravelpass in September last year, Edwina Hart, then the minister for transport, said she hoped that all 16-18 year olds in Wales would apply for their pass.
