Councillors in York have approved a new traffic regulation order (TRO) and revised signage for the Coppergate bus lane traffic restriction in the city centre after the Traffic Penalty Tribunal last year ruled that the previous TRO was unenforceable because the signage was flawed (LTT 07 Aug 15).
