Combined authority could run M6 Toll, says Grayling

Transport secretary Chris Grayling has intimated he would not oppose plans by West Midlands Combined Authority to buy the M6 Toll, which is up for sale. Grayling told the Express & Star newspaper he had “no philosophical objection” after the combined authority voiced the possibility of buying the toll motorway in order to alleviate congestion on the M6.
