English Cities Fund (ECf) has submitted a planning application for its second office development at New Bailey in Salford. The new building will be known as Two New Bailey Square. Muse has already completed One New Bailey and a multi-storey car park.
Two New Bailey Square will offer 190,000 sq ft of office space and is being designed by Sterling Prize winning architect AHMM.
There will be 50 underground parking bays and street level cycle facilities, with showers and 102 bicycle spaces.
