WOLVERHAMPTON CITY Council and the West Midlands Combined Authority are to develop a statutory quality partnership (SQP) for buses covering the city centre within the ring road.
Marianne Page, Wolverhampton’s service lead – transport strategy, told councillors that the SQP would help ensure that the city does not become the recipient of older vehicles as other parts of the conurbation take action to raise standards.
