Edinburgh ups cycle share of spending

The City of Edinburgh Council is increasing its capital and revenue spending on cycling to 9% of total transport spend in 2016/17, up 1% from 2015/16. The council says 9% would represent £1,728,899 but actual spend will be higher, at £1,787,000.
