Kensington & Chelsea awards NSL a £65m parking enforcement contract

The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea has awarded NSL a 12-year contract worth £65m for the delivery of civil enforcement services. NSL was originally appointed by the central London council in 2006. The new contract, which comes into effect from July,  covers on-street enforcement, housing estate civil parking enforcement, vehicle removal and relocation and vehicle pound management.
