Electric vehicle owners in Westminster will have to start paying for electricity they use to charge their cars in on-street bays, the city council has warned.
Westminster is in discussions with various electric charge point operators about the future management of on-street electric vehicle charging points.
Many boroughs have struck deals with BluePointLondon, part of the French Bollore Group, which took over the Source London network of charge points in 2014.
