Parkeon has launched a smartphone app that enables local authorities to identify available parking spaces without the need to invest in ANPR and sensors.
The Park-to-Path app uses a Parkeon-developed algorithm to interrogate transaction data from the Parkfolio back office system used by the city council.
The system looks at parking patterns on a city-wide level to produce a dynamic map for motorists seeking a space.
