Scots councils plan parking enforcement

Highland Council is preparing to implement decriminalised parking enforcement (DPE) later this year. The council made a draft application to the Scottish Government last November and has now completed the necessary review of traffic regulation orders, road signs and road markings with the assistance of consultant RTA Associates.
