Landmark ruling rejects Beavis claim that parking charge was unlawful

The Supreme Court has rejected motorist Barry Beavis’ appeal against a parking charge issued on private land by enforcement firm ParkingEye. The panel of judges found 6-1 in favour of the parking company over the motorist.
