Moray Council in northern Scotland is exploring the establishment of a car club that would see vehicles used as pool cars by council staff as well as being made available to the public. The council is working with Carplus on a feasibility study funded by the Scottish Government. A community car club, Moray Carshare, already operates around Findhorn and Forres with over 80 members sharing 11 vehicles....
