Assist-Mi, an app that provides assistance to disabled people when they are travelling, has raised over £50,000 via a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign.
The app is designed to enable disabled people to alert service providers to their presence as and when they are visiting shops, businesses, leisure facilities and other destinations.
The aim is to make activities such as parking, buying petrol, using trains, shopping or attending business meetings hassle-free.
