Two transport planning tools should be revised to take account of people making fewer trips, says a new report by the Campaign for Better Transport.
The CBT targets its comments at TRICS, the national database for trip generation analysis, used in the planning process for new developments, and the TEMPro software that provides trip end forecasts and traffic growth factors.
