A minicab driver has been jailed for nine months after he head-butted a civil enforcement officer in a dispute over where he had parked his car.
The assault happened on 11 June 2014 after the CEO, employed by VINCI Park UK in the City of London, asked Tamim Ahmed, who had parked without displaying a ticket, to move his car as there was another vehicle waiting to park.
