Travel support services company Holiday Extras was ranked fifth in the annual Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For list, which was revealed at the end of February. Last year it was ranked tenth.
The Kent-based company, which employs 492 staff, provides travellers with a range of services, including pre-booked airport and hotel parking, airport lounges and holiday insurance.
The annual competition uses staff feedback from over 1,000 companies to create an index score.
