The Welsh Government is to investigate the high rejection rate of Blue Badge applications by Swansea City Council.
Figures obtained by Lib Dem Welsh Assembly Member Peter Black, revealed that out of 5,618 applications in 2014, 1,135, or 21%, were refused by Swansea City Council – three times higher than any other council in Wales.
