Transport for London is next month to submit an application for a Transport and Works Act Order for the Docklands Light Railway extension to Dagenham Dock. The 6.5km extension would run from Gallions Reach to a new station at Dagenham Dock, where it would provide an interchange with rail operator c2c's services to London Fenchurch Street and Southend-on-sea.
