Is car ownership reduced by good public transport? It is a simple question not posed by many, least of all politicians. Why? Maybe the answer could be an embarrassment. Ah well, I do like to ask uncomfortable questions and sometimes give 'Germanic', even less comfortable, answers. I am sure that has not always made me very popular but there are enough sponsors who are interested in the answers, so the research goes on anyway.
