Groups press Scotland & Wales for default 20mph

Supporters of active travel are pressing the Scottish and Welsh governments to make 20mph the default speed limit for restricted roads – roads where  the default is currently 30mph. 

Campaign group 20’s Plenty for Us has launched a campaign in Scotland to coincide with the Scottish Parliament receiving the power to set speed limits.
