VINCI Park UK has appointed Phil Burns as its head of business development. Burns has worked in the parking sector for over 14 years, holding senior positions at the London Borough of Hillingdon, Aylesbury Vale District Council, the London Borough of Ealing and Transport for London.

Most recently he has worked in the private sector, being a business development manager at APCOA Parking (UK).
