The Government has commissioned a study into the air quality benefits of a scrappage scheme for older vehicles and low emission zones.
The Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs’ study, titled ‘Exploring and appraising proposed measures to improve air quality’, focuses specifically on nitrogen dioxide.
