Scotland agrees to tougher Blue Badge enforcement

A new law to crack down on the misuse of disabled parking spaces in Scotland has been passed by MSPs. The Disabled Persons Parking Badges (Scotland) Bill gives extra powers to the police and local authorities to seize misused Blue Badges.
