CP Plus has bought Target Parking, a parking management company it helped entrepreneur Emma Sinclair launch in 2008. CP Plus owned a 50% share in the business, which offered facilities management services alongside parking.
Target Parking is mainly involved in the property sector, with clients including Urban Splash, Quintain Group and Tishman Spyer.
