Keolis Amey Docklands, a 70:30 joint venture company, has been awarded the franchise to run the Docklands Light Railway, ousting current incumbent Serco.
The new franchise will commence on 7 December 2014 and runs until April 2021, with a possible extension to 2023. The contract is valued at over £700m.
