France’s VINCI Group has completed the creation of a new company, which takes over ownership of its VINCI Park parking management operation.
Four months of exclusive talks between Ardian, Crédit Agricole Assurances and VINCI were finalised on 6 June. The new company owns 100% of VINCI Park’s share capital. Ardian holds 37.5% of the new company, Crédit Agricole Assurances 37.5% and VINCI Concessions 25%.
