The owner of a BMW issued with 280 penalty charge notices (PCNs) over the last year has yet to pay up, a Freedom of Information (FOI) request has revealed.
The FOI from newspaper the Cambridge News request shows the top ten parking offenders in the city. Only four of the 10 have paid the fines.
