Strathclyde Partnership for Transport is to purchase two electric buses for use on Riversider Service 100, a tendered route between Glasgow city centre and the Riverside Museum. The 31-seater vehicles will be procured from Optare for £456,600, with the Scottish Government providing £281,000, Glasgow City Council £88,400 and SPT £86,790.
