Cheshire councils cut reimbursement

Local authorities in the Cheshire area are cutting how much reimbursement they pay bus operators for concessionary travel. Cheshire East, Cheshire West and Chester, Halton and Warrington councils run a joint reimbursement scheme that currently pays operators 62% of the average adult fare foregone.
