Imperial Civil Enforcement Solutions’ Rialto parking enforcement software can now be used with the Samsung Galaxy smartphone as well as conventional handheld terminals.
The development is a response to feedback from ICES customers within the private enforcement sector who wanted a lower cost alternative to using specialist handheld units. “This is not a short-lived or quick fix ‘app’ for issuing tickets,” said ICES managing director Ashley Bijster.
