Zeenara Najam has been appointed head of technical development at PTRC, succeeding Ian Chatfield who retired this week (LTT 23 Nov). Najam previously worked for Northamptonshire County Council where she was a principal transport planner. She is a member of the bus transit and women’s issues in transport committees of the US Transportation Research Board.
