Lincolnshire County Council is to take on civil parking enforcement from the police in the autumn. A contract for parking enforcement was awarded to APCOA Parking (UK) in June, with around 20 civil enforcement officers (CEOs) to be employed. CEOs will enforce existing on-street restrictions including double and single yellow lines, yellow kerb markings, and limited waiting times in parking bays.
