Scotland to consider backing tougher parking measures

The Scottish parliament is to consider proposals to introduce tougher measures to tackle irresponsible parking. Scottish National Party MSP Joe FitzPatrick launched a consultation on proposals to introduce tougher measures to tackle irresponsible parking across Scotland through a members bill at Holyrood on 28 March.
