Bring back Cycling England say MPs, as TfL ponders cycle cash bid

MPs have called on ministers to revive Cycling England, the advisory body that was disbanded last year as part of the Government’s programme to reduce the number of non-departmental public bodies.

The calls came during a parliamentary debate last week prompted by the ‘Cities fit for cycling’ campaign being run by  The Times newspaper.
