Parking problems have worsened at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary (ARI) since the stopping of parking charges at hospitals in Scotland in 2009, according to the Scotland Patients Association. Staff at ARI have told the association that some patients have turned up late for appointments because they could not find a parking space.
