BAA is to sell Edinburgh Airport in order to comply with a Competition Commission ruling that it let go of one of its three Scottish hubs.
Edinburgh is Scotland's largest airport with 9.2m passengers taking over 100,000 flights. All on-site parking at the airport is managed by Empark.
BAA will place Edinburgh on the market in the New Year and expects to have completed the sale by summer 2012. It will keep Aberdeen Airport and Glasgow Airport.
