Small and medium-sized transport consultants have welcomed the DfT’s decision to make its new consultancy framework contracts more friendly for small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
The Department has suspended the tender process for two of the four lots and made changes to the other two that aim to give SMEs more opportunity to win work.
