There will be four cross-cutting themes, each led by one of the shadow transport team:
Maria Eagle will lead a review of transport affordability and inequality
Transport and the economy will be studied by Jim Fitzpatrick
Transport and the environment will be led by John Woodcock
Andrew Gwynne will study public transport delivery and increasing use of local community decision-making
