Cornwall Council is to investigate ways to fund a £60m trunk road improvement that the Highways Agency has no budget to deliver in the foreseeable future.
Councillors have authorised officers to study funding mechanisms to dual the A30 – the main access road into central Cornwall – between Temple and Higher Carblake on Bodmin Moor.
