Sheffield purges signs and guardrail

Sheffield City Council is to launch a ‘Silly signs and guardrail’ campaign to remove signs and railing from the city’s roads. The public will be asked to nominate signs that are no longer needed, posts that no longer carry signs, and “their most irritating sections of guardrail that serves no purpose or makes them go out of their way”.
