Bailiff groups ACEA and ESA vote to merge

The two organisations representing bailiffs in England and Wales are to merge following votes by the members of both bodies last month.

The Association of Civil Enforcement Agencies (ACEA)  and the Enforcement Services Association (ESA) will become the Civil Enforcement Association (CIVEA).

The new association is due to be up and running in March.
