Wales and Scotland lead on bus monitoring

Bus operators are much more likely to be punished for running unreliable services in Scotland and Wales than in England, according to the annual report of traffic commissioners.

The traffic commissioner for the West Midlands and Wales, Nick Jones, highlights the difference in monitoring within his two areas.
