David Mackay, the chairman of Transport Edinburgh, Lothian Buses and Edinburgh Trams has stepped down from his position at all three organisations. His decision to resign follows continuing problems with the troubled Edinburgh Tram project.
Over the last two years, Mackay has overseen the appointment and realignment of the Edinburgh Trams organisation, and, since January 2010, has overseen the development and the future of Lothian Buses....
