Glasgow City Council has signed a deal with City Car Club for what is being billed as the ‘greenest’ car club in the world. The use of hybrid and ‘eco-diesel’ cars will ensure that the carbon dioxide emissions of every car are below 100gCO2/km. The club was launched last month, with 20 cars due in place by the end of the year and more arriving in 2011....
