Consultant Arup’s strategy for the A483 Fabian Way, the strategic route into eastern Swansea, includes a new bus bridge over the River Tawe, bus priority, expansion of park-and-ride facilities, reducing the speed limit of the road from 50 to 40mph, and a grade-separated junction at Baldwins Bridge.
