The A473 Church Village bypass, north west of Cardiff, has been completed and has opened. The 7km single carriageway road bypasses Church Village, Ton-teg and Llantwit Fardre. It includes four roundabouts, a traffic signal-controlled junction and 3km of link roads connecting the bypass to the existing road network and to the bypassed communities. A cycle and pedestrian route has been provided along the length of the scheme.
