Six blue badge cheats have been fined nearly £2,300 for falsely using disabled parking permits in the London Borough of Enfield. Martin Moss, from Southgate, was ordered to pay £590 at Enfield Magistrates Court, after pleading guilty to misusing his mother-in-law’s blue badge.
